ABOUT US

Our care team includes OUR staff only (NO AGENCY) consisting of Registered Nurses, licensed practical nurses, and ONLY State Tested Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. We take tremendous pride that many of our staff members have been caring for our residents since 1997.

Our care team evaluates a resident's care needs prior to, and during the admission process, often including a visit at the pre-admission facility by our Nurse Liasion to assure we can meet the needs of the resident. Together, the resident, family, and team assess the rehabilitative potential for the resident. An individualized plan is then developed and implemented to establish short and long-term goals. The health care professionals work together with each resident to reach those goals with weekly meetings with therapy to assess progress.

Included in our team with the resident and staff are physicians representing both The Christ Hospital, and the Tri-Health community. This allows for continuity of care both at the facility and the hospitals when needed. We have two psychiatrists; one from each health system to follow the residents and maintain stability for which Harmony is well-known. Counseling Source provides counseling for appropriate residents. Harmony also has a Certified Wound Nurse that visits weekly with our treatment nurse. Many of our residents are followed by a Certified Nurse Practitioner that visits the facility weekly between attending physician visits. Harmony has an agreement with OnHealthcare that send dentists, optometrists, and audiologists to the facility to meet the ancillary needs of each resident.

Our facility provides 70 PRIVATE ROOMS of the 95 bedrooms which gives the resident both privacy and large areas for personal items with our large built-in closet space and room for each resident to have personal items from their homes. Located in a wooded area, Harmony offers courtyards outside each unit which provides a quiet surrounding. We proudly offer an array of services to the Greater Cincinnati Area, including Kentucky and Indiana residents needing safe and secure environments. The facility is central to the 71, 75, Ronald Reagan highway and the Norwood lateral (562) interchanges.
